Shara Sokol, founder and president of S2 creative communications, has worked as a professional writer and publicist for such New York institutions as Radio City Music Hall and the 92nd Street Y, as well as IBM Americas and Global Financing divisions. S2 is the culmination of her many years of professional experience and knowledge.
Shara's work for IBM as an employee communications and events specialist has taken her around the world for assignments in Australia, France, England, Canada, Latin America and across the United States. She is a web content specialist who offers web writing workshops for groups of all sizes and skill levels. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in French (with a minor in journalism) and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing. Shara has been directly involved in the production of many world-class events including the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia, the Multiple Myeloma World Congress Symposium, Coca-Cola's Centennial Anniversary Celebration in Atlanta, Georgia, MTV's first and second annual "Music Video Awards" and the Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular featuring the Rockettes.
